District 19 includes the rural areas of East Knox County from the Norris Freeway in the north, through Gibbs and Carter in the east, and extends south to Seymour. Check your address on Knox County’s map that shows House of Representatives districts.
Meet Jenny
Jenny Fowler is a retired UT math teacher who knows what matters in our community: family farms and small businesses, working families, teachers who show up every day, and the nurses, firefighters, and law enforcement who keep us safe.
